What are the school fees?

The fees are currently €4800 for the academic year 2010/2011.

What are the fees for After School Care?

They are weekly and hourly rates available.  Please contact Terry McLoughlin or Eileen Gillespie for more information on After School Care rates.

Where does the student population come from?

CUS attracts students from a wide area around Dublin south & north.  There is no specific catchment area for our school.

What is the enrolment process?

Application is made by application form and payment of registration fee of €60. Applications are accepted throughout the year.  Applicants will attend an Open Morning and interview prior to offers being made.

What age should my son/daughter be for pre-school?

Your son/daughter should be three years old by June preceding their coming to CUS.  All pre-school children must be fully toilet trained.

Are there any priests in CUS?

Fr Martin Daly sm is principal of CUS senior and junior school.  Fr Denis Greene sm is available to assist with religious ceremonies.

This September the 1st group of pupils to begin with us in Junior Infants will enter the Secondary School.  Having arrived at age 4 and in the case of Pre-School at age 3, they will spend up to 15 years with us.

Arising from my experiences as a therapist and as Principal I am convinced that boys need more and more minding. In the increasingly uncertain world to which we are preparing them, providing continuity and stability from Pre-School to Leaving Certificate develops this confidence and the skills they need to make their way in the world. 

 

CUS is situated on Lower Leeson Street.
